Bonham Public Library

Procedure to Obtain Library Card

	The Bonham Public Library is a city library and therefore free to all city residents.
	Library cards are permanent and renewed yearly. DO NOT THROW LIBRARY CARDS AWAY.
	To replace lost or stolen cards a fee of $5.00 will be charged.
	Patrons under 12 years of age will not be issued a library card. They will use a parent's or guardian's.

TO RECEIVE A LIBRARY CARD YOU MUST HAVE:

	Proof of Residence Utility Bill Checkbook Proof of Insurance Anything showing your current address
	Personal Identification Driver's License ID Card Social Security Number
